Vintage Turquoise Chip Inlaid Resin Flower Brooch

This is from the late sixties to mid 70's and it's really light blue turquosie chips inlaid into a black resin. The flower shape looks gold toned metal to me but it could be silver. It's clear this was hand done. There are imperfections here and there because of it. It's really unique! No markings, but it looks very Taxco.
