Vintage Turquoise Maxi party prom dress (gown) with ruffled trim. Size 7/8.

Possibly a hand made dress from the 70's. A beautiful dancing gown that can be machine washed on gentle. Fabric contents unknown. Measurements are: pit to pit 19 ". Waist 14". Length is 60. The bottom hem spans a full 40" The ruffles show minor wear which could be fixed with scissors. See pictures. I love this color!!
