Vintage Tweed Handbag (1970s?)

Wonderful “vintage” handbag — guessing 1970s — wool (or wool-like) tweed fabric black/brown/grey/taupe with bits of rust red (see close-up). Not labeled, so maybe hand-made. 9” tall x 11” wide x 2” deep. 6” drop — fabric handles function just fine, but could be repaired or replaced (guessing any decent seamstress could do). Zipper closure and one small interior slip pocket. Fabric is stiff, so there is likely some kind of backing sewn in. Have used this bag quite a lot over the years, though it looks the same as when I found it in a vintage shop about 15 years ago — just don’t reach for it like I used to and it deserves to be seen once again!
