Vintage Two Part Belt Buckle with Bakelite Metal Panels

Elaborate, vintage, paneled belt buckle featuring a raised floral motif on the silver toned metal parts. It is accented with carved black Bakelite panels and chunky chain links. Likely from the 1940’s. We did not notice any condition issues. The two parts clip together with a simple hook and the ends provide brackets for a 1&1/2” sash, elastic or belt. Minimal sewing skills required to set up this fantastic accessory. Striking vintage piece! Would look fabulous on your red dress. Vintage black and silver Bakelite belt buckle.
