Excellent condition. Vintage URU Kristine St. Rrik Velvet Sheer Sleeveless Blouse with guru collar and 7 functional decorative front buttons. Hand dyed, pre shrunk, made in USA. No size tag. When flat, armpits measure approx 21” across, shoulders 16.5”, length approx 24.25” shoulder to hem. Based on measurements and how it fits medium sized mannequin, I would suggest it best fits modern day US medium/large, but please check measurements.
