Vintage Ugly Adorable Christmas Vest 2-3Xl ?

UNISEX 2-3 XL This is adorable , unisex vest for that Christmas party, parade or just plain fun holiday wear. Has yarn threaded around arms,neck and bottom. The top Botton is the only one that buttons, there is button hole spots for the other two but are not opened.(early China import) I don't have a way to test but the buttons may be Bakelite.
