Vintage Handmade Uluwatu Ruffled Sleeveless Blouse and Skirt Set - EUC This set is gorgeous! Dark pink fabric with a rose design. Handmade in Bali. The two pieces overlap. 100% rayon, hand wash. Blouse is 18” long and 19” put to pit. Skirt is 31” long and a 26” waist. There is elastic on both sides of the skirt. Rear zipper closure with hook.
