Super cute union made quilted girl’s pajamas or robe. 1/4 zip. Pink and purple flowers. Ruffles around cuff, front, back and collar. Pink tie in front. Something is sewn into one of the sleeve cuffs. It’s not a stain, it’s pictured. Unknown size so please see measurements. My guess would be girls medium. Union label is partially gone. Slumber Joy is the brand. 12” across the shoulders 18.5” pit to pit 16.75” arm length About 40” total length measured down the back.
