This os a “day” dress, as it would have been referred to in the 50’s. There bc is no beans per se but it has an ILGWU Union Made label. Going by that and the style it appears to be circa 50’s or 60’s. Red and white floral print with white trim, it buttons down the front and has a belt across the back. Difficult to see but front is wide tuxedo pleats. Measurements are taken flat: Shoulder to hem 36” Pot to pit 16” Pit to waist ~7”
