Vintage Unique Elgin Dress Union made- great for prom, cosplay, etc

I’m color blind so please see image for best color idea This dress is flattering and flowy. A sleeveless high neck dress with a beautiful brooch drawing in the waist. A sheer matching shawl is attached to add a big of elegance. I fell in love with the dress as first glance. But then I never knew what to do with it- where would I ever wear this? It’s so pretty I almost got married in it. I think it might work for cosplay, costume, etc. It’s really lovely, union made, and well cared for. No obvious damage (no rips, tears, holes, burns, stains) but it is very old so it’s not perfect. Smoke and pet hair free home. I can’t tell what the size is, it’s a string of numbers I do not understand. I’m a size 8-10 (135 5’3”)and it fits a bit snug and is very long. Probably suits a smaller (and taller) person
