Vintage Unique High-Waisted Floral Shorts

Vintage high waisted floral print shorts. Very grandma-esque. Bought a while back but i've never worn them. Some faint dark smudges and and a neon orange mark inside the cuff. throughout but otherwise great condition. Has a rip on the inside of the cuff that cannot be seen from the outside.
