Thanks for taking a look at this vintage crewneck sweatshirt from the University of Tennessee. It features integral long sleeves (double sleeves) and a double neck. It's lightweight, made in the USA and on the American Sportswear tag. In spite of the huge "XXL" on the chest, this is a medium and there is a subtle stain on the left elbow (pictured).
