Vintage Upcycled Silk Pencil Skirt Striped Floral Applique Detail OOAK

Off white ivory silk pencil skirt with black horizontal stripes and upcycled with two bold red flowers embellishments. The flowers almost seem like patches, but I think they've been removed from another piece of clothing and glued onto the skirt for a fun contrast of color. Center of flowers have red beads.
