🆕Vintage VELVET and Sequence mini

Handmade from a pattern in the late 60's. Sits on actual waist. Would fit a size small. Msmts lying flat 14" waist. 20" at hem. Length 18". Purple velvet with Gold and copper colored sequence. Fantastic condition. No holes, rips, stains or any visible missing sequence.
