Vintage Valentine rave wear brand. Made in the USA. Dark royal blue color. Pretty rainbow bow sequin swirl pattern. Cropped style. Bandeau like shape with a cut out in the front. Does have some loose threads and missingg sequins along the seams. I tried to take a good pic butt it’s very hard today to see. Stilll such a fun and pretty top!
