Vintage Valentino Black Pencil Skirt

So flattering. The hip flaps really create a lovely hourglass look as the skirt sits at the waist. It needs to be ironed and it is split (pictured) at the vent so it’ll need some minor stitching done. The material composition tag is faded but its linen. Measurements in photos.
