Vintage Valerie Modes cloche hat or bowler hat, blue wool, EUC. Comfortable wool hat! Blue ribbon band. Can be worn either as a cloche with the brim down or as a bowler hat with the brim up (although the wool inside has a slightly different hue and texture). Really pretty dusty blue color! Its inner measurement is about 22”, so it is around a hat size 7 or small/medium. I got this and several others from someone who was downsizing a theatrical props department.
