Vintage Vanity Fair blue robe with pink and white detail, size S-M

This is a super cute, flattering vintage robe in excellent vintage condition, that I am deeply tempted to keep. Marked a size small but can fit a variety. I could not find any flaws. It does tend to wrinkle if isn't kept hanging. Soft and slinky 100% nylon. I believe this is Vanity Fair brand, and the RN number (16345) suggests it was made in the 60s or 70s?
