This is a vintage celluloid, cutout pin. It is VEGAN & an Art Deco period look. Celluloid was very popular back in England in the 1850 era due to looking more expensive & attractive than real ivory or bone . This was my 90 yr old grandmother’s piece, so it is definitely over 25 yrs old - vintage . There is a slight chip in one corner so we can negotiate . Measurements: 2” length, 1.5” height.
