Vintage Velour Hat Tally Ho Sequined Bow Wide Brim MCM

Extraordinary vintage wide-brimmed hat made by Tally Ho in Poland, with store tag from Frank Olive. Genuine velour, amazingly plush black fabric. The brim is covered in concentric black sequin circles. There is a sheer fabric ribbon and bow. The inside has a grosgrain ribbon around the rim. There are a few sequins missing, but hardly noticeable. Otherwise in excellent condition. I believe this is from the 1940s. About 7” across inner part of hat.
