Vintage Velvet Blazer Womens 8 XS Jaeger London Blue 70s Jacket Tailored England

Beautiful vintage, single-breasted, blue velvet blazer from Jaeger London. Trendy 70s tailored womens jacket, made in Great Britian. Tag size is an 8, to fit 33" bust and 35" hips, best fit is a modern extra small. Needs Dry Cleaning. Wears fine as is but if you wanted to extend the life, exterior fabric could possibly be re-dyed and elbow patches could be added. Vintage, signs of wear throughout including: * multiple pin sized black marks on lapel and button closure area (photos 2 &3), tarry consistency, I'm guessing tobacco ash. * discoloration under the arms, on the collar, and on the pocket flap ( photos 4, 5, &6), * bleaching of the lining in the under arms, not visible when worn ( photo 7), * and signs of wear/lightening on the elbows ( photos 11, 12, & 13). Measured from flat: Chest (armpit to armpit)- 17.5" Length (neck to hem)- 24.5"
