Vintage Velvet Little black dress with roses

Vintage black velvet mini dress with spaghetti straps and little roses on the straps. Flat measurements: pit to pit:16”; waist: 14” Full length of dress is 36". From waist to bottom is 20" This is modeled on a size 8 mannequin. As you can see from photo of the back, it is too small to zip up all of the way. There is no give or stretch in the fabric Only condition issue I could see is that it is missing the little rose on front middle of neckline. You can't even tell it was ever there. Otherwise in very good condition.
