Vintage 1950s / 1960s black set. Skirt and matching top. International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU). Does have area of damage at right shoulder and on back zipper (see last 2 pictures). Looking for that special person who would repair it and actually appreciate it. I don't want to donate it because I'm quite certain it will be sorted to go to the landfill instead. Very open to lower offers. Size on skirt is "14" but that would definitely not conform to a modern day women's size 14. Estimated size: small Waist: 14.5" across opening at bottom hem: 23" across Skirt length: 27" long Pit-to-pit: 19" across

dnct Hi do you know if the velvet is cotton or a synthetic and does it have stretch to it? I am planning to use it as fabric to alter a pair of pants.

jbblilbug @dnct Hi, it doesn't have a fabric label (or at least not anymore) so I'm not sure what it's made of. The material does not have any stretch.
