Vintage Velvet Strapless Dress with Jacket

Straight from the 80s this dress needs some dry cleaning but otherwise in great condition! Big shoulder pads on the jacket. The strapless dress even alone is absolutely stunning the velvet is all still in perfect condition. There is no size tag but based on the time period and my mom’s size back then this is going to be between a 0-2. Items have been stored carefully under garment bags for many years.
