Vintage Velvet high-neck midi/maxi dress Short sleeve (on the longer side), slightly gathered neckline, + a partial zip in the back. Midi dress but maxi on me. Soft black velvet perfect for holiday parties or any 90s look Tag says size XL but fits more of a medium/large. I'm 5.2 + 125 for reference. Ask if you want measurements! Item is in good vintage condition. No signs of wear noted but some minor signs of wear are to be expected with vintage items. Everything cleaned with care. perfect for a holiday party!
