Vintage Velveteen Outfit

This is a beautiful vintage Junior Miss of California Twillback Velveteen Suit by Crompton. It's black velveteen in amazing condition! It's from the late 40's or early 50's. The Bolero Jacket has Dolman sleeves, with cuffs. The skirt is a lovely overlapping design at the waistband in the front & has 3 soft pleats on each side for a full skirt. It has a metal zipper in the middle back which is fully operational. Measures on front laying flat: Jacket * Armpit to armpit Approximately 17" (Dolman Sleeves so measure is approximate) * Length in back without Collar is 17" * Length in front is about 15" at longest point Skirt * Waistband 13" on front * Length 31.5" * PLEASE NOTE: The size tag had been removed, so sizes are based on the measurements. This is in excellent condition.
