Velvety Vintage Mini dress, size 8 by Late Edition Ltd. Would we great for holiday parties! Dress is a vibrant blue color but at times can seem purple. Beautiful square neckline with notch detail. Good condition, I have never worn this dress but I did purchase it from a vintage shop. Size 8 but feels small.
