jesusisfirst716 Yes it does. I have a question though.. your measurements state that the strap is 24in although it doesn't look that long in the picture. I need a shorter strap. Could you clarify for me? And then I'll let you know for sure. Thanks!

brittchristyxo @jesusisfirst716 Well, I was actually surprised it measured that long. From where the strap is attached on both sides is where I measured, and it came out to 24.25in. I can add a photo with the measuring tape if that helps!
