Vintage Vera Neumann Button Down Blouse

In good pre owned and vintage condition. Washed, line dried and ready to ship to wear. This top was given to me to sell and I was told it’s a blouse but I wonder if it was a PJ top? I’m not sure. The materials and size tag is faded but the size states it’s a 12. Since vintage tends to run small please refer to the measurements in the photos. Light blue stripes, what looks like abstract spotting and floral detail. All buttons are attached nicely. There is a tiny area of discoloration inside the neck area - see photos. The back is lightly faded. Shirt is made up of a vintage nylon. Box#1212
