Vintage Vera Neumann button down blouse floral

In very good pre owned condition. Labeled a size 16, shown on a size 4 mannequin for sizing reference. There are few loose threads along the neckline and button placket, but it they are minor. There is also some minor snagging of the fabric along the back hemline. Overall excellent vintage shape. Please see the last 3 photos for flaw close ups.
