Authentic vintage Vera Pelle Milano Preview green leather, cotton, wool, viscose, poliamnide trench coat is fully lined and has all original buttons, buckle belt and pockets. The sleeves were damaged so I removed them but the rest of the coat is perfect! Even has a Preview engraved button sewn on inside. Made in Italy. This coat was given to me by a friend so the only info I have is what is listed on the labels & my own measurements. 28” from shoulder to hem 18” from armpit to armpit.

lllchopin fyi an Italian 40 is equal to a US 4-- where is the size tag showing the Italian 40? And the lining according to the Italian tag translation is viscose, not cotton. The 60% Lana is wool; 40% poliammide is polyamide-- so I don't think this is actually all leather?Maybe a combo (on the outer)?

lexavonn @lllchopin you’re right about the label content, that was a listing error. The label is for the lining. the outer shell is leather on the shiny parts and a fabric on the matte parts. As for size, I listed according to conversion I found, as well as fit but I can google again. I’m a US M and it fits me. I’d never get into a 4.

lexavonn The inside feels like the wool containing part, so the other content must be relating to the non-leather panels on the shell. It’s vintage and from Italy and was given to me by a friend, so no idea why the labels were done that way at that time in Italy which is why I just included the pic.

lexavonn @lllchopin added pic of size and cotton label. I honestly don’t know why they did labels this way in Italy back in the day, but I’ve included pics of all labels and double checked my measurements. Which part is which on fabric, idk but my manual measurements are correct.

lllchopin Appreciate all the extra pics/clarification. EURO clothing conversion charts I found state 40 is a 4-- to which I attest: I bought an Italian designer top S 40, seller said it was a 10, it wouldn't fit a twig (it measures like a 4). German conversions a re different/larger. It's all very confusing!

lexavonn @lllchopin yes, in EU they often size pants, tops, dresses and coats differently. I saw a chart listing a 40 pants as a US small but a 40 dress as a US M. Ignore all that and go by the manual measurements I did myself. Even US sizes vary by brand so I always measure, especially vintage where sizes often changed over the years. This coat fits a 36” chest closed.
