Vintage Verona Knits Navy & White Collared Dress S/M

Verona Knit Navy & White dress. Approx Pit to pit: 17.5" Length: 37.5" I usually wear a XS/S, I would guess this is closer to a Medium. Please use measurements to determine fit. 2 very small snags/holes on back right side of skirt. And a few small spots under right armpit. (See photos.) Reposhing this item I purchased from @serenehands. Loved it, but it is unfortunately way too big for me. Can take more photos or answer any questions. I have never worn, only tried on.
