Laying flat in inches: Bust 17.5 Length shoulder to hem 20.5 Great vintage condition. Little bit of paint loss on the buttons. The shoulders might be a little discolored but it might just be my lighting, please see photos. Garment tag is faded so I’m not sure what the material is.
