This rare Vicky Tiel couture 80s cocktail dress is exemplary of the Parisian designer's unique esthetic. Hot pink silk duchesse satin all-over ruching with structured pleats & boning at bodice and off shoulder short sleeves. Side boning from under arm to hip for super flattering fit.
