Vintage Vicky Tiel Couture velvet top

Stunning top made in France by Vicky Tiel Couture. EXTREMELY high quality with the softest velvet I’ve ever felt made from a blend with 50% silk. Beautiful rhinestone buttons add to the appeal. Timeless piece that would look great paired with modern styling. This piece is so custom that sizes, material and store location were hand written on the still attached tags. Tag is worn with French size 38 which translates to about a 6 in US sizing. Pictures do not do this justice to just how gorgeous it is.
