EUC Gorgeous and rare, vintage jumper style dress in a beautiful two-tone taupe, orange and white plaid, from Suzy Perette by Victor Costa, sold at the Miss SBF Shop at Stix Baer & Fuller, dating from 1965-1973. Suzy Perette Co. was a dress manufacturing company based in New York City from 1949-1970's, that started by making affordable versions of Parisian designs in the 1950's. Victor Costa who later became known as the "King of Knock-Offs" worked and designed for the company from 1965-1973, copying European designs and translating them for the American market. This beautiful dress was one of his designs. It has an empire waist, front patch pockets, and narrower midi length skirt. The bodice of dress is lined, and there's a long hidden back zipper with hook and eye closure at the neck that helps make the dress easier to get on. Hem was hand sewn, and there are wide, string belt loops on either side, but no belt. Also no fiber content/care tag, I would dry clean. Fabric doesn't have the feel of wool, and I didn't see any damage or flaws, but I'm human so I may have missed something if it's tiny. Selling dress as is, please see all photos. Vintage size 8, please see provided measurements bust 17, empire waist 14, natural waist 17, hips 18 1/2, length 41 inches. Please see all photos.
