Vintage Victor Costa Occasion women's 1X floral embroidery button-up burgundy shacket in a western style. This shacket features decorative buttons. The sleeves have floral embroidery and have a fabric inside of the cuff that went turned up, compliments the look of the shacket. See photos of the cuff and pit to pit measurement.
