Vintage Victoria Royal Ltd Silk skirt beaded

I literally cannot say enough nice things about this skirt! It is so beautifully made and decorated with beads, jewels and sequins. It is fully lined. Clean and smoke free. Came out of high-end home in Clearwater Florida. Overall length is 42 inches and waist measures 15 inches across laying flat. Zippered at back. This would be perfect for mother of the bride gown!
