Vintage Victoria crop off the shoulder top

This is a vintage 90’s piece that was worn a few times. It’s a stretchy size medium and prob fits A-C cups 22in from shoulder to shoulder 16 inches across the chest Arm pits are in good condition There are a few small frayed threads here and there. It’s a very sturdy piece for being so old.
