Vintage Victorian Revival Festive Brooch Pendant And Chain - 40s 1940s

It's a brooch with a hook in back so it's also a pendant too and I added the chain which is also vintage. It has a festive Victorian flair. The brooch / pendant is very lightweight silvertone filigree. All stones are glass. The pin looks askew but it's not! Closes with rolling safety catch. It's a bit "loose", which just means that it's 3 layers and the top 2 layers turn. A bit faded toward the center.
