Black 80’s 90’s vintage dress with tie waist adorned with gold metal hoops. No fabric or size tag but feels like a poly, does have stretch and doesn’t wrinkle. Zip at back. Based on measurements and fit would guess it to be a size medium. Pit to pit 19” Waist 17” Length 38”
