Vintage Volup Boho Floral Dress

Sunshine Starshine Vintage 1980s or 90s Floral Print boho style maxi dress with top ruffle tier. Has original Sears price tag which lists the size as 18. Measurements are 27 inches one way on bust, 23 inches one way on waist, and 48 inches long. The top tier has a striking rose print and puffs out over the flowy long skirt for a nice breezy look but could also be belted to appear more fitted style (see pictures). In great vintage condition, appears to have never been worn. This item has large-ish shoulder pads which could be easily removed if desired. Top tier of dress is fairly room so the shoulder pads help with overall balance but are not necessary. I accept returns on vintage clothing, but please see measurements above to assess fit.
