Vintage WEISS Brooch Layered Over Under Rhinestones Signed Abstract

Vintage WEISS Brooch Circle & Over Under Rhinestones Sparkle Plated OOAK luxury. This piece is gorgeous. It starts with large circular faceted stones prong set and welded to form a circle. Then, just to make it even more special, it has clear faceted baguette stones, prong set and welded to form straight lines, and these lines run over and under the circle. Reminds me of tic-tac-toe. I am amazed at how clear and bright the sones are. The piece is plated (rhodium? Silver? I dont know) but there is a little flaking on the back by the weiss mark thatcreveals this.
