Vintage Wagon Wheels Western Skirt Set Size 11/12 Black with silver tone hardware The skirt is a wrap style that buttons and has fringe hanging from it. The skirt is 13.5” across the waist and is 29” long not including fringe and 33” including it. The jacket is 19” across the shoulder, 21” armpit and 19” long. There is a hole in the back of the jacket that will need to be repaired. There is some fading of the fabric.
