Vintage Walker Doll Open/Close Eyes Brown Hair Blue Eyes Teeth 1950's? Unmarked

This vintage walker doll is a rare find for collectors and doll enthusiasts alike. With brown curly hair and blue eyes, this 18-inch girl doll has a light complexion and a hard plastic material. The doll is unmarked, but is believed to be from the 1950s. On the back of the neck it simply is marked 200. This doll does have some pain wear, little bit of red paint on teeth, hair has frizz, marks on body, dress has holes and stain. Eyes sometimes slow to open but will open if manually done or moving legs in walking position which turns the head then eyes will open too. The shoes are labeled Fairyland toy. Not sure if clothes and shoes/socks are original. Dress has open slit in back with not buttons or hooks. On the hair a little bit of orange cloth shoes which the hair is attached to.
