Vintage KR of NY cute watermelon seed dress. Black piping on shoulders and sleeves Belt loops but missing belt. Button on back of neck to get over your head. Elastic at the waist is good, but the elastic on both sleeves is stretched out. No rips or stains noted. Tagged a size 8.
