Vintage Wearever aluminum skillet

This is a vintage Wearever aluminum 12” skillet and lid, likely from the 1950s. The dome-shaped lid has a steam vent that pops up as the pan heats. The pan, which comes from my family kitchen, is in very good condition (given its age), and any discoloration is cosmetic and does not affect use. It is sturdy, the handles are in excellent shape, and there are no cracks or dents. This special pan provides for healthy cooking with no synthetic chemical “non-stick” coating. The skillet bottom has the Wearever trademark along with the “Made in USA” stamp. Pan measures: 10” at base, 11.5” at top, 2.75” H (without lid), approximately 5” with lid on (including handle).
