The puff sleeves on this are huge and absolutely gorgeous! Reminds me of Princess Diana’s dress. Unknown brand as no tag is present. The dress is fully lined. No flaws or stains. Bust: 36” Waist: 28” Was originally bought along with a lot of others to be repurposed into curtains, table runners/center cloths, and upholstery but ended up not needing it.
