If you purchase it, it may be either The company was opened in Oil City, PA in 1889 and closed in 1984 The time period of the jacket shows it could be as late at the 50’s or earlier No stains, just a small professionally repaired patch with similar material Shown in the picture Smells a little “old” may need to go to a dry cleaner. This adds to the belief this coat is very vintage
