Vintage Wendell August Handmade Aluminum Tray McConnell's Mill Covered Bridge. This handmade aluminum tray was made by Wendell August Forge in Grove City, Pennsylvania. It features the McConnell's Mill Covered Bridge (built in 1874) in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, and the mill itself is depicted on the left. The tray is in good vintage, preowned condition. There is some light scratching and scuffing on the bottom as well as some light scratching on the top. The image of the covered bridge and mill is very clear. The Wendell August stamp of authenticity is on the bottom of the tray.
